Visiting practitioners offer our guests lifestyle consultations and specialised holistic treatments including reflexology, acupressure, reiki and shiatsu. Other facilities include sauna and Kneippe experiences, plus sound therapy and a fully equipped gym with lap swimming pool. Yoga and personal training programmes are offered on the raised meditation pavilion with views over the ocean.
